Sean “Diddy” Combs’ attorneys may request home confinement as part of his sentencing following his conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
Combs’ lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo, stated that they are considering asking for counseling and therapy as conditions of his supervised release.

Combs is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn and is seeking treatment for substance abuse and anger issues.
The final decision on his sentencing lies with Judge Arun Subramanian, who oversaw his federal trial.
