According to Torrent Freak, Axl Rose has taken legal action to have DMCA take down his fat memes from the internet.

Rose apparently owns the right to the pictures according to notices sent by Web Sheriff on behalf of Rose.

“Copyright image of Axl Rose. Please be advised that no permission has been granted to publish the copyright image so we cannot direct you to an authorized example of it.”

DMCA notices have been sent to Google to remove the infamous picture but Google has not yet responded to Rose’s demands.
