A close source to guitarist Richie Sambora, told People that Sambora has no plans to reunite with Bon Jovi for its 2017 tour. The former Bon Jovi guitarist is enjoying spending “quality time” with his daughter, Ava and focusing on other musical projects.
“Richie’s schedule is busier now than ever, except a lot of it is with his family and around those he truly loves,” the source says.
Sambora has told numerous media outlets that having more time with Ava and his ex-wife Heather Locklear was the same reason why he left the band back in the first place.
It’s been four years since Richie left Bon Jovi.
