In a Saturday auction, the Associated Press reported on a purchase made by Jim Irsay Owner of the Colt’s. A Yellow Cloud guitar owned by Prince, the opening bid was $30,000, per the Heritage Auctions site. The final auction selling price was $137,500.
Prince used the Yellow Cloud guitar through out the mid 1990’s.
