New Music Video From Toy Called God

Local Bay Area band, Toy Called God have released a new music video for “Numb In A Bottle” from their new album “Dirt On Your Coffin” which is out now.

Groove metal influenced hard rockers Toy Called God released their heavy-hitting full-length album, Dirt On Your Coffin, earlier last year. Hailing from Brentwood, CA, the quartet have been making a name for themselves since 2011, mixing crushing distortion, infectious hooks and headbanger riffs. You can order Dirt On Your Coffin today via iTunes.

Last spring, the band released a music video for their single “False Prophet”, shot and directed by Mike Sloat (Testament, Machine Head, Lynyrd Skynyrd). Today, Toy Called God is following up with their second music video supporting Dirt On Your Coffin, for the track “Numb In A Bottle”, also directed by Mike Sloat and focusing on the dangers of alcoholism.

Guitarist Patrick Donovan states, “Far too often in our journey, those we love choose to numb themselves to life as opposed living it. Often times those around them want to help their loved ones but don’t know how to do that. Sometimes that help comes too late. Live life, love your people, never give up and never go numb.”
