The 4th annual Acoustic-4-a-Cure Benefit Concert will take place on May 15th from The Fillmore. This year, however, James Hetfield will be on tour with Metallica. So Dave Grohl will take Hetfield’s place at the star-studded event.
Also scheduled to perform is Mick Fleetwood, Pat Benatar, Bob Weir, Steve Vai and, of course, Sammy Hagar.
Funds from the event will benefit the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals and tickets go on sale this Friday (3/31) at www.LiveNation.com
