If you missed the first Band Together Bay Area benefit concert at AT&T Park earlier in November, you’re in luck. The show was such a success that organizers are bringing it back with a new lineup.
Red Hot Chili Peppers are set to headline the event at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium December 14, with tickets on sale Friday. Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, a rock-blue-reggae-roots band fronted by Willie Nelson’s son, will also perform. The first show featured Metallica, Dead & Company, G-Eazy, Rancid, and more for a crowd of 40,000 – 6,500 of whom were first responders and Wine Country residents themselves, bringing in $17 million.
Proceeds from the show will again support the Tipping Point Emergency Relief Fund, helping those affected by the North Bay fires last month.
Tickets are available Friday, December 1 at 10 am on Ticketmaster.
