During Miley Cyrus’ set yesterday at the Glastonbury Festival she performed a cover of Metallica’s “Nothing Else Matters.” Miley Cyrus also performed her cover version of Nine Inch Nails “Head Like A Hole” which can be heard on the TV show “Black Mirror.” In the video below you can listen to Miley Cyrus’ cover of Metallica’s hit from the Black album.
Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich said that he was “stunned” by Miley Cyrus’ cover of Temple of the Dog’s “Say Hello 2 Heaven” during the “I Am The Highway: A Tribute To Chris Cornell” concert at the Forum in Los Angeles five months ago.
Back in January, Lars Ulrich posted a photo to his Instagram of him with Miley Cyrus backstage at the concert and said: “Still stunned by your next level version of ‘Say Hello 2 Heaven’ for Chris! Beyond inspiring.”
Yesterday was Miley Cyrus’ first time performing at the Glastonbury Festival. The 26 year old artist was joined on stage by DJ and producer Mark Ronson. Also appearing with Miley was Lil Nas X, who performed the remix of “Old Town Road” alongside Miley’s father Billy Ray Cyrus.
