#ConcordEats is a list of Concord restaurants providing take-out and delivery services during the shelter-in-place order. The community is encouraged to share photos of take-out or delivered food and use #ConcordEats on social media to show their support. All patrons are asked to follow 6-foot social distancing guidelines while picking up take-out orders. Through April 7, Concord seniors 60+ and homebound with food insecurities are able to receive essential groceries and ready-to-heat meals delivered by The Senior Emergency Food & Helping Hand Program. A program championed by Concord Mayor Tim McGallian, seniors will be matched with volunteers for needs, including pick-ups at grocery, hardware and pet stores. Daycare for First Responders
CocoKids will offer Concord’s first responders daycare for children currently out of school due to the Shelter in Place order. CocoKids is trusted organization for a wide range of free and low-cost programs and services, serving the needs of children, families, early educators, businesses and communities.
