Mayor London Breed says 4/20 will not be tolerated this year, do not come to San Francisco to celebrate

In the height of the pandemic, Mayor London Breed shares that 4/20 will not be tolerated and that Robin Williams Meadow will be fenced off and patrolled by officers to issue citations. In a message shared on Instagram, she encourages those who celebrate to stay home, and not come to San Francisco for this unsanctioned event.
