Did Jimmy Garoppolo overthrowing Emmanuel Sanders in the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl save potentially THOUSANDS of lives?!?! That’s what some doctors believe, saying the lack of a Super Bowl parade in San Francisco helped slow the spread of COVID-19 in Northern California tremendously.
