Chasta chats with Leighsha Montrose in latest “Rock Your Life” podcast episode

In case you haven’t heard, Chasta has a new podcast called “Rock Your Life.” On this week’s episode titled “The Grief Toolbox“, she chats with Leighsa Montrose about. Chasta adds:

Recently it hit me that because of Covid-19 the whole world is left grieving at one time. You may be grieving the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job or finances, the loss of an important event in your life, the loss of time spent with family and friends or loss of the life we all once knew…that we may never return to. We are all seeing a lot of change in our lives right now and it’s hard to deal with this every day. Leighsa Montrose lost her husband, Ronnie Montrose, to suicide in 2012 and has had a long journey back to health and happiness. Today, Leighsa shares with us her tactical actionable items she uses every day to help her cope.
