Pearl Jam Finally Releases Charity Track ‘Get It Back’

On Sunday Seattle Rock Icons Pearl Jam finally released their charity track ‘Get It Back’ to the public.

The track was originally featured on ‘Good Music To Avert The Collapse Of American Democracy, Volume 2’ which was put together by Bandcamp to support the nonpartisan Voting Rights Lab. The LP was released for only 24 hours and sold alongside a special poster to benefit the pro-voting organization. Arcade Fire, David Byrne, My Morning Jacket, Jack Johnson, Yoko Ono, Jenny Lewis, Tenacious D, and many more were featured on this limited release.

The amalgam of “previously-unreleased recordings – featuring new songs, covers, remixes, live versions & unreleased demos” ended up raising over $250,000.
