James Hetfield Shares Acoustic Cover Of Bob Seger’s “Turn The Page”

Metallica’s James Hetfield just shared an acoustic cover of the Bob Seger classic “Turn The Page”. Hetfield posted the video to Instagram after first performing it for Joe Walsh’s VetsAid 2020 online charity stream.

He even offered a cryptic comment for fans, asking “whaddya think??  Is that another hint for the upcoming Metallica album?” The entire VetsAid livestream, which also featured stars like Eddie Vedder, Jon Bon Jovi, and Alice Cooper, can be viewed online at vetsaid.veeps.com.

What do you make of Hetfield’s “is that a hint?” comment?  Could Metallica be planning an all-acoustic album?  Maybe another covers album?
