Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony: Eddie Van Halen Tribute Concert Is “Gonna Happen”

Former Van Halen members Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony say a concert honoring Eddie Van Halen “will happen.” In a new interview with New York radio station, Hagar said, “It’s gotta happen. Of course it’s gonna happen.” Hagar then acknowledged nothing is official yet, but a tribute is “an absolute must.” Anthony added, “We’ve got to celebrate the music. So much good music.”
