The hometown of Rush’s Neil Peart will be honoring the legendary drummer with a work of art. The town of St. Catharines, Ontario has also paid tribute with the Neil Peart Pavilion at Lakeside Park – which Peart name-dropped in a 1975 Rush song. The city council is now accepting proposals for a “work of public art” to honor the late drummer, who died last January after a battle with brain cancer.
