Play Ball: Rock Stars Look Ahead to Baseball and Make 2021 Season Predictions

You may have heard somewhere that all rock stars wanna-be baseball players, and all baseball players wanna be rock stars. It’s probably pretty accurate! Well baseball is back for 2021 after a rocky 2020, and some of our favorite rock stars are chiming in and making predictions, and discussing their favorite teams for the upcoming season.

Mike McCready from Pearl Jam is a big Seattle Mariners fan. He doesn’t think they’ll make the playoffs, and he thinks the Padres will beat the White Sox in the World Series. Alice Cooper is a big Detroit Tigers fan. He doesn’t think they’ll make the playoffs, but he is completely vaccinated and ready to go to a game! Kim Thayil from Soundgarden is also a Seattle Mariners fan, for obvious reasons. He thinks they mayyyyyy make the Wild Card spot, and is putting his money on a Yankees vs. Dodgers World Series. Either way, who’s looking forward to Metallica Night at Oracle Park?
