Starting tomorrow, San Francisco will allow more activities and expand capacity limits under the Orange Tier.
This includes live-audience events, performances, and private events.

“As of today, 59% of our residents have received at least a first vaccine dose. Our cases remain low and have remained stable in recent weeks. We’re making good progress, but we need everyone to continue to take precautions to prevent the spread and keep each other safe.” Breed continued to tweet.
Here are California’s new rules on indoor live events or performances according to KTLA, for venues with a capacity of up to 1,500 people:

In addition to the capacity limits, venues will have to make modifications like requiring advance ticket purchases, setting up designated areas for eating and drinking, and limiting attendance to in-state visitors.

“Please keep up the good work. We are watching with growing concern at the variant-fueled surges taking place in other parts of the country and in Europe. The last thing we all want is to rollback our reopening. If we continue to double down on the masking, physical distancing, and limiting of social gatherings with people outside one’s household, we can keep this disease in check. Remember, masks on, stay strong.” Said Director of Health Dr. Grant Colfax.
“Resuming indoor meetings, receptions, and events are key to San Francisco’s economic foundation,” said Anne Taupier, Acting Director of Office of Economic and Workforce Development.
