Serena Williams Is A Green Day Fan – And An Old School One, Too

Did you know tennis superstar Serena Williams was a Green Day fan?  It’s true – and she’s an old-school fan to boot. In fact, singer Billie Joe Armstrong says whenever she sees the band live, she puts in a request for one of their oldest songs – “Disappearing Boy”, from their debut album 39/Smooth. Armstrong told the story on Jimmy Kimmel Live, calling Serena “one of the sweetest people” and you can watch it above.
