Metallica Shares Another Vintage Performance Of ‘Sad But True’

Metallica has released yet another vintage performance of ‘Sad But True’, as the 30th anniversary Black Album celebration rolls on. On Thursday, the band shared a live clip from August 10th, 1991 in Copenhagen, Denmark – the first official show of the Black Album tour.

We’ve already heard multiple versions of ‘Sad But True’ this week – including an early studio take from Metallica and covers by St. Vincent and Jason Isbell, from the upcoming Metallica Blacklist tribute album.
