Alice Cooper says he’s taken up Tap Dancing during the Pandemic

Alice Cooper has traded in his goth rock boots for a pair of tap shoes.

The 73-year-old music icon says while other artists were writing and recording new albums during the early days of the pandemic, he was busy taking tap dancing lessons in Phoenix. Cooper says he spent a lot of time practicing his new moves with his family in the backyard of his Arizona home.

However, don’t expect to see Cooper break into a gothic version of “Singin’ in the Rain” anytime soon. He says his new skills won’t make their way onto the stage.

What are the odds we’ll see Cooper on “Dancing with the Stars” soon?
