Some people move their bedtime up as they get older. For Stevie Nicks, things are a little different.

Nicks told British Vogue that her bedtime is 8 a.m. Again, that’s A.M.! Citing issues with insomnia, Nicks said that her bedtime actually used to be 5 a.m. and she would sleep until 1 p.m.

“Now I don’t go to sleep until 8 am. I need therapy, or I need someone to hit me on the head with a hammer,” Nicks said.

What is your typical bedtime? Have you struggled with insomnia? If so, how did you fix it?
