They represent two different eras of Van Halen, but Sammy Hagar has gone on record to say that he has no beef with David Lee Roth.

During a recent interview, Hagar said that there is no feud with his fellow former Van Halen frontman.

“To be honest with you, I have no problem with Dave,” Hagar said.

“I don’t know what he’s got going with me, but I think he always feels competitive,” added Hagar. “I think he feels like he has to raise his flag, like, ‘I’m Van Halen.’ ‘Cause I had a solo career before Van Halen.”
