HBO has released a new trailer for Jagged, a documentary premiering next week about singer-songwriter Alanis Morissette whose hits include “You Outta Know” and “Ironic.”

The documentary features backstage footage and interviews with Morissette about her rise to fame and what it was like to be a young woman in a male-dominated rock landscape. 

But, the doc has been criticized by Morissette herself, who said it was “not the story I agreed to tell” and accused the filmmakers of having a “salacious agenda”.

Jagged will begin streaming on November 18 on HBO Max.
