Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea has just bought a $14 million home in Beverly Hills.

At over 7 thousand square feet, the home includes a treehouse, four-car garage, and a leaf-shaped swimming pool.

Flea can now count actor Jack Nicholson and singer Lana Del Rey as neighbors.

The home was previously owned by Adam Goodman, a former chief at Paramount pictures.
