Def Leppard Drummer Unveils Painting Of Charlie Watts

Did you know Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen has a side career as an artist?  It’s true – and Allen’s latest work is a tribute to one of his heroes.

Allen recently unveiled his latest painting, a portrait of late Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts – whose death in August he called “devastating to the music community and the world at large”

It’s the latest painting in Allen’s “Legends” series – which includes portraits of Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, Freddie Mercury, and others.
