Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi isn’t afraid of using new technology to help his songwriting.

The 73-year-old says he records riff ideas on his phone – and that he currently has “four or five hundred” stored up.

Iommi says he’s been meaning to get the riffs off his phone, but hasn’t gotten around to it – even though all that work could vanish if his phone is stolen or lost.

How much important information do you keep on your phone?  Are you good about backing it up?
