Neil Young Releases Surprise “Lost” Album

Neil Young shared a gift with subscribers of the Neil Young Archives on Christmas!

Young dropped a “lost” album of unreleased tracks from 1987 for fans on the site!

The eight-track album, called ‘Summer Songs,’ is a compilation of songs from the era that Farm Aid and the Bridge School Benefit were created.

“This special NYA gift of music – Summer Songs is for all NYA members,” Young wrote. “We really appreciate your involvement in our endeavor here, preserving a lifetime of music in its highest quality.”
