Slash + Myles Kennedy Cover Elton John’s ‘Rocket Man’ Live for the First Time

On Tuesday, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators launched their ‘River Is Rising Tour’ to promote their new album, 4.

And they did so, with a little help from Elton John (well, sort of).

Slash and the crew performed Elton John’s hit “Rocket Man” live for the first time.

Slash told the crowd in Portland, Oregon that they covered the song for a documentary called Stuntman on Disney+, which chronicles the story of stuntman Eddie Braun, who was strapped inside a rocket and successfully completed the infamous jump in Idaho first attempted by the legendary Evil Knievel.

Probably not to the degree Eddie Braun did, but have you ever tried a crazy stunt?
