Mick Jagger Names The New Artists He Thinks Are Bringing ‘Life’ Back To Rock Music

Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger says there are two artists in particular who are breathing “life” into a new generation of rock music.

During a recent interview on a Swedish radio station, the 78-year-old singer said, “In rock music you need energy and there have not been a lot of new rock singers around.” He then praised Yungblud and Machine Gun Kelly as two of the best right now.

“That kind of post-punk vibe makes me think there is still a bit of life in rock and roll.”

Do you agree with Jagger? When someone says “rock music” – who immediately pops into your head?
