Red Hot Chili Peppers Salute Foo Fighters At New Orleans Jazz Fest

Red Hot Chili Peppers paid tribute to Foo Fighters’ drummer Taylor Hawkins at the New Orleans Jazz Festival Sunday night.

Chili Peppers stepped in to replace Foo Fighters at the festival after Hawkins died in March.

RHCP used a drum kit with “Taylor” written on it and at the end of their headline set, drummer Chad Smith told the crowd that members of Foo Fighters along with Hawkins’ wife, Alison, were there at the show.

The crowd then started chanting “we love Taylor.”

Do you think Foo Fighters will continue on without Hawkins and one day tour again?
