Patrons at a legendary Los Angeles nightclub on Thursday were treated to a surprise set by an equally legendary rock band.

In an unannounced appearance, Def Leppard took the stage at the infamous Whisky A Go Go, running through a set list that included such classics as “Pour Some Sugar On Me,” “Hysteria,” “Foolin’,” “Love Bites,” “Bringin’ on the Heartbreak,” “Rock of Ages” and “Photograph,” among others.

The surprise gig occurred on the eve of the release of Diamond Star Halos, Def Leppard’s first new album in seven years.
