Watch Gene Simmons Apply His Stage Makeup Before KISS Concert

This may be the closest we get to seeing a makeup tutorial from Gene Simmons.

A clip from Australia’s “60 Minutes” shows the KISS rocker applying his stage makeup before a show. 

In the clip, Simmons is seen painting his face “clown white” and then carving out the lines for his famous Demon persona. Simmons shared that he has been doing the face painting process on his own for years.
