David Ellefson’s New Band Releases 1st Music Video

YouTube, @DIETH!.

Dieth, the band formed by ousted Megadeth bassist David Ellefson, has released its first music video.

The clip is for the song, “In the Hall of the Hanging Serpents,” a track that pushes the band’s music “beyond the stereotypes of their genres to create a charismatic new sound, one which is rich with inventive guitar riffs, tight drum grooves, technical prowess, guttural vocals and catchy melodies, serving as the passageway for their new declaration.”

Ellefson formed Dieth with ex-Entombed A.D. guitarist Guilherme Miranda and former Decapitated drummer Michał Łysejko after he was fired from Megadeth in May 2021 for exchanging sexually-charged messages and explicit videos with a fan who was rumored to be underage.
