Tom Morello Tackled By Security During RATM Concert In Toronto

Rage Against The Machine’s Tom Morello got knocked off the stage by an overzealous security guard during Friday’s show in Toronto.

The band was in the middle of show-closer “Killing In The Name Of” when a fan jumped the barrier and ran on stage.

A security guard attempted to grab the fan with a flying tackle, but ended up plowing into Morello instead – knocking both them off the stage and onto the speakers below.

Fortunately, Morello appeared to be unharmed and the band was able to finish the song and the show.

It’s been a dangerous tour for RATM – frontman Zach de la Rocha has had to perform sitting down after injuring his leg during the second show of the tour.
