Journey guitarist Neal Schon says he knew from the start that “Don’t Stop Believin'” would be a mega-hit.

In an interview with Guitar World, Schon said that while the song was being mixed in the studio, “I turned to everybody in the room and said, ‘I think this song is going to be massive'”

He wasn’t wrong – “Don’t Stop Believin'” has been certified five-times platinum and remains one of the most iconic rock songs ever recorded.
