Stevie Nicks Allowed Reese Witherspoon to Name a Song from Album

Reese Witherspoon and Stevie Nicks have been friends for a long time, and the Fleetwood Mac singer even allowed the actor to name one song from her In Your Dreams album.

While Young was recording the 2011 album, Witherspoon attended a recording session and named one track “Cheaper than Free.”

Witherspoon came up with the song when she offered to let Nicks stay in a condo of hers. Nicks said, “that would be cheap,” and Witherspoon replied, “What’s cheaper than free?” The rest is history.

Have you ever come up with a great idea randomly? What was it?
