Five Finger Death Punch hit pause on Monday night’s show in Columbus, OH to help a fan in need.

After a concertgoer near the front began having a seizure, frontman Ivan Moody quieted the crowd, then retrieved what appeared to be a blanket or jacket from backstage.

After the fan was helped off by medical staff, Moody thanked the crowd for their patience: “That’s what makes you one of the most amazing audiences of all time.”

Moody said he wanted to help because of his own near-death experience following a seizure.
