KISS Immoralized As Funko Pop! Figurines For 3rd Time

Apparently subscribing to the theory “the third time’s a charm,” Funko is releasing Pop! figurines depicting the members of KISS – after having already done it two times before.

This time, however, the likenesses are based on the band’s appearance for 1978’s Alive II tour with Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Ace Frehley and Peter Criss in full makeup. The figurines, which are packaged together, come with spotlights, scaffolding, a drum set and “an explosive backdrop,” Funko officials say.

The members of KISS first appeared as Funko Pop! figurines in 2011. The vinyl collectibles are now hard to find and sell for hundreds of dollars each.
