St. Vincent Joins Metallica For ‘Nothing Else Matters’ Cover

Metallica held their annual Helping Hands Concert charity show in Los Angeles over the weekend – and were joined by some famous friends.

Greta Van Fleet opened the show, Jimmy Kimmel hosted, and St. Vincent joined the band onstage to help perform “Nothing Else Matters”.

Other highlights included covers of Thin Lizzy’s “Borderline” and UFO’s “It’s Killing Me”, and the live debut of Metallica’s new single “Lux Æterna”.

Proceeds benefited the band’s All Within My Hands foundation. Established in 2017, All Within My Hands works with partners around the world to combat food insecurity, provide funds in areas of natural disaster, and support education with the ground-breaking Metallica Scholars program, now in its fourth year.

The concert is available to stream on Paramount+.
