Dave Grohl played a deep cut for the first time in 12 years.

Grohl participated in Letters To Santa: The 24 Hour Comedy And Music Marathon on Monday, which included playing the song “Marigold.”

The song, which was first written by Grohl in the early ’90s, was last performed in 2010.

It was a B-Side for Nirvana’s “Heart-Shaped Box” and appeared on Foo Fighters’ live album “Skin and Bones.”

Grohl also performed the song “Skin and Bones” as well as “My Hero” and “Everlong” during his segment over Zoom.
