The new Punk Rock Museum in Vegas is bumping back its opening date from January 13th to March 10th.
When it does finally open, guests will be able to take guided tours with notable punk and hardcore musicians, including Louiche Mayorga from Suicidal Tendencies, Noodles from The Offspring, Angelo Moore from Fishbone, Greg Hetson from Circle Jerks, Warren Fitzgerald from The Vandals, Pete Koller from Sick Of It All, Smelly from NOFX, and Zach Blair from Rise Against.
The idea first began when NOFX frontman Mike “Fat Mike” Burkett wanted to display rare genre artifacts that he’s collected over the years.
The museum will welcome all punk bands, thousands of relics and one-of-a-kind pieces. Encompassing 12,000 square feet the museum will feature a bar, a tattoo parlor, a wedding chapel, a jam room and more.
The Punk Rock Museum’s criteria for acceptance is straightforward: “If you’re a punk band, you’re fucking in,” Fat Mike says, seriously. “It’s that simple.”
Guided tours will be offered multiple times a day. Tickets available soon at thepunkrockmuseum.com.
