Foo Fighters shared a big concert announcement on Tuesday.

The band will be headlining three music festivals this summer: Boston Calling festival on May 26th, Sonic Temple Fest on May 28th, and Bonnaroo on June 18th.

Boston Calling will mark the band’s first full performance – aside from tributes – since the death of drummer of Taylor Hawkins last March.

In late December, the Foo Fighters announced that they would still exist, although as a “different” band.

The rock group referred to 2022 as “the most difficult and tragic year” they had ever experienced in a statement posted on social media. In that post, they added, “Without Taylor, we never would have become the band that we were – and without Taylor, we know that we’re going to be a different band going forward.”

The announcement did not give any updates on who would be drumming during the performance.
