Chad Smith decided to warm up before Red Hot Chili Peppers hit the stage by popping by an open mic at the Cherry Bar in Melbourne, Australia on Wednesday night.
Smith played AC/DC’s “If You Want Blood” and “Up to My Neck” to a crowd of only 17 people. After the performance, Smith reportedly was rewarded with one Cherry drink card from the MC.
Smith and the Red Hot Chili Peppers are currently working the Australian leg of their world tour.
