Puddle of Mudd’s singer Wes Scantlin is facing charges again.
Scantlin was arrested on Monday on a misdemeanor trespassing charge after allegedly showing up at a house that he lost to foreclosure.
The arrest occurred after a woman on TikTok claimed “a famous rock singer” showed up at her Hollywood Hills home and refused to leave.
In the video, she said that the man “camped outside” and threatened her maid and was eventually arrested because he had “an active order against him.”
Scantlin has been arrested in connection with the property before. He was also charged with breaking in in 2016.
