Phil Lynott & company edged out U2 for the top spot in Radio Nova’s annual ‘Shamrock Referendum’ poll of more than 10,000 music fans.
Other artists that made the list include Boomtown Rats, The Coronas, The Pogues, Sinead O’Connor, and Van Morrison.
