Stevie Nicks is giving fans a preview of her upcoming box set “Stevie Nicks: Complete Studio Albums & Rarities.”
Nicks shared a remastered version of the 1994 B-side “Thousand Days” on Thursday.
“Complete Studio Albums & Rarities” will include her eight studio albums and two CDs of rarities with 23 hard-to-find recordings, including non-album tracks such as contributions to film and television and B-sides.
“Complete Studio Albums & Rarities” will be released on July 28th.
“In 2019, Stevie Nicks made history by becoming the first female artist inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice – first as a member of Fleetwood Mac in 1998, and most recently in recognition of an extraordinary solo career that spans nearly 40 years,” states the box set video’s description.
Stevie Nicks will be featured on Dolly Parton’s upcoming album “Rockstar.”
Dolly and Stevie duet on Nicks’ “What Has Rock ‘n’ Roll Ever Done for You,” which Dolly calls a “performance piece” that Stevie “had never put on a record but had always wanted to.”
“When we got in the studio, it was just fun, because we kinda ad-libbed at the front and on the end. I like those kinda loose songs, because I’ve always been a performer and entertainer, and there’s a lot to be said when you can hear the fun,” Dolly explained.
“Rockstar” will be released on November 17th.
