Sammy Hagar Reveals His Favorite Movie

Although Sammy Hagar says he’s “not a big movie guy,” there’s one flick that he can’t seem to stop talking about – even though it’s 29 years old.

That film is 1994’s Pulp Fiction, Hagar reveals.

“That was the craziest movie,” he says. “Movies like that just blew me away. I’m not gonna walk out on this movie because I know something’s gonna happen I need to see.”

Hagar says he’s particularly drawn to Samuel L. Jackson’s performance – especially when his character spouts a Biblical passage before killing someone.

“I know it sounds wicked, but I busted out laughing so hard that people started asking me to shut up,” Hagar recalls. “It’s got to be one of the greatest movies ever made, probably one of the most influential movies to other filmmakers.”
