Ghost Threatens to Kick out Fans Who Use Cell Phones

While hearing someone on the phone during a Ghost concert would be next to impossible, the band doesn’t want fans using their phones – or other smart devices – regardless.

In a statement issued before Monday night’s show in Los Angeles, Ghost writes, “This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches, and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon the arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches, and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Anyone seen using a device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue by security.”

So far, no one from the Ghost camp has offered a reason for the smart device ban.
