The Sublime offshoot band Sublime with Rome will be calling it quits after next year.
Lead singer Rome Ramirez announced Monday that he would be leaving the band “at the close of 2024” and would focus on his solo career.
Sublime with Rome was formed in 2010 when Ramirez joined up with surviving Sublime members Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh, and continued on after Gaugh’s departure a year later.
We may have already gotten a preview of what’s next for Sublime – last week, Wilson and Gaugh played a charity concert with Jakob Nowell, son of late frontman Bradley Nowell.
